Thousands of people filled Midtown Manhattan on Sunday for the 44th annual National Dominican Day Parade, bringing Dominican pride, cultural heritage and community unity to Sixth Ave. The colorful sights, sounds and spirit of the annual National Dominican Day Parade marched through Midtown Manhattan on Sunday.
The colorful event featured vibrant floats, traditional music, energeticdance performances, and displays of Dominican pride. New York City Mayor ZohranMamdani joined elected officials, community leaders, and residents in marchingthrough the parade route, highlighting the city’s commitment to celebrating itsdiverse communities.
The parade honored the achievements of Dominican Americanswhile recognizing their lasting impact on New York’s cultural, economic, andcivic life. Families lined the streets waving Dominican flags as performersentertained the enthusiastic crowd.
