He hails from Corumbá, a town situated on the border with Bolivia, but his family relocated to Porto Murtinho, a city bordering Paraguay in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, when he was just a baby. His football journey began at the age of 12 when he joined the academy of Paraná Clube, where he honed his skills for a couple of years. Transitioning to Red Bull Brasil, a relatively new club in São Paulo, marked his next significant move.
