The Knicks went down to the Miami Heat in Sunday nights’ highly anticipated regular season matchup by a score of 99-93! The Heat outscored the Knicks by 20 points in the 2nd half after being down 14 points at halftime. The Heat rebounded in the 3rd quarter as they embarked on a 13-4 run to start the second half. LeBron James led the way for the Heat with 29 points, 11 rebonds and 7 assist.
The Knicks won the previous two matches against the Heat by an average of 20 points and they looked poised to do the same at the start today’s game. Although Carmelo led the Knicks with 32 points, he struggled against LeBron James’ defense in the second half, shooting 3 for 11.
