Nets Lose to J Kidd Bucks In 3rd OT 122 to 118

Brooklyn Nets: The anticipated return of former Nets coach J Kidd, lived up to the hype at Barclay’s Center last night. We all know Kidd’s, departure from the Nets did not sit well with Nets management. The Bucks are one of the surprising teams in eastern conference. No one expected this team to be above .500 let alone  second in Central behind the Chicago Bulls.

Kidd was evasive about his return to Brooklyn. Before Milwaukee’s 117-113 home win over the New York Knicks on Tuesday, Kidd dodged questions about the Nets game, instead focusing on the Knicks game. Trailing 95-93 late in regulation, the Bucks forced Deron Williams into a tough 3-point shot that he missed. O.J. Mayo was able to corral the loose rebound and take it the length of the court for a game-tying layup with 30.4 seconds left.

Then the unbelievable happen,  reliable Joe Johnson pass was picked off by Brandon Knight with the crowd in a uproar as Knight glided in for the win with the clock at 0.0 (“He Missed”) .. However, the point guard overcame the shocking moment to send the game to a third overtime with a clutch 3-pointer late in the second extra session. Milwaukee eventually outlasted Brooklyn in the third overtime to pull out a 122-118 victory at Barclays Center.
