Carmelo Returns…Knicks Win!

After missing three consecutive games due to a right knee injury, Carmelo Anthony returned back to the Knicks’s lineup Wednesday night against the Orlando Magics. The Knicks took an early 22-7 lead against the Magic’s in the first quarter and maintained control throughout the game! J.R Smith led the Knicks with 22 points and 7 rebounds and Carmelo gave a great effort with 21 points of his own to go along with his eight rebounds.

The win against the Magics marked the completion of a season series sweep, something that hasn’t been done in 15 years against the Magics. The Knicks are now on a two game winning streak and look to extend the streak Friday night against the Toronto Raptors at Madison Square Garden!

Stay tuned for video footage and in the meantime, check out a couple instagram flicks taken by our very own court side reporter Free Golla!
