Knicks win their second straight after losing 4 out of 5 away games.

All star Tyson Chandler is expected to be out for about another week with a bulging disc.

Forward Amar’e Stoudemire is out with a knee debridement his timetable for return has him missing the regular season.

Rasheed Wallace will miss the rest of the regular season, his fractured metatarsal required surgery, hopefully he will be ready for playoffs

Kurt Thomas 50/50 chance that he’d return for playoffs.

Last night Carmelo Anthony returned to the game after missing the last three games with a knee injury.

The Knicks have been riddled with injuries and last night against Orlando another scare. Iman Shumpert was in the starting lineup with Carmelo Anthony, Kenyon Martin, Raymond Felton and Pablo Prigioni. Shumpert sat out after hurting his left knee late in the first half. “I took a step to explode and go up to the rim and I felt it pop,” Shumpert said. “Last time I felt it pop, I was out for eight months. I was nervous and more scared than anything.”

Shumpert tore his left ACL and lateral meniscus back on April 28  in the Knicks’ Game 1 loss to the Miami Heat  in the first round of the 2012 playoffs. Shumpert had surgery on his knee a few days later.

Shump made his season debut in January in a game against the Pistons in London after rehabbing for seven months.

He has established himself as one of the Knicks’ best perimeter defenders and if he would’ve went down that would of been a great loss and one that the Knicks can not afford at this time.
