Knicks Clinch Division With 13th Straight Win! [VIDEO]

The Knicks clinched the Atlantic Division title Tuesday night with a 120-99 win against the Washington Wizards at Madison Square Garden. The win marks their 13 consecutive win and the first time in 19 years that the Knicks win the Atlantic Division. Carmelo Anthony led the way with 36 points, making it his 5th consecutive game with 36 or more points.

The Knicks were without Tyson Chandler Tuesday night and unfortunately lost Kenyon Martin to a sprained knee during the game. Coach Woodson now faces a dilemma, whether to continue playing his starters heavy minutes to secure the 2nd seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs or opt to rest his players to avoid what seems to be a string of bad luck with injuries. The Indiana Pacers are just 2 and a half games back from the 2nd seed and they will most certainly be gunning for a victory in Sunday night’s showdown against the Knicks.
