Knicks Eight Game Winning Streak

NY Knicks: Another day at the office for the NY Knicks, they have won eight in a row. Defeating the Boston Celtics 108 to 89 and closing in on Bostons division reign. The last 8-0 run by the Knicks was Nov. 28-Dec. 12, 2010.
The Knicks’ win the season series for the first time since 2003-04, when they also went 3-1 against Boston.
Currently NY is tied with Indiana in the race for the no. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference, which would currently mean a playoff meeting with the Celtics.
It’s very possible the Knicks could win fifty games this season they are on pace to do so.
The last time the organization accomplished that feat was the 93/94 season.

Anthony scored 24 points, Chris Copeland scored 22 and Felton scored 18 buckets.

Coach Mike Woodson was asked during his postgame interview if this was a goal set by the team at the beginning of the season. Woodson responded with, the most important thing for us is winning the Atlantic Division. If fifty wins can help us accomplish that goal I’m all for it.
