Knicks Fall to Nuggets 114 to 89

New York: Knicks return to Madison Square Garden to face the Nuggets, after losing their last two games. Julius Randell the Knicks leading scorer struggled in his last outing against the OKC Thunder. Randell was able to turn things around against the Nuggets with 29 points 10 rebounds and 9 assist.

Knicks Head Coach (Tom Thibodeau), was asked about RJ Barretts struggles and what he thinks is contributing to his poor shooting performances. “I think he’s taking good shots, things are not going his way right now. He can still affect the game in other ways”. Barrett had 9 points and 9 rebounds…

The rest of the team continue to struggle offensively, Austin Rivers normally a sparkplug off the bench only contributed 6 point in tonight’s game. One bright spot was Mitchell Robinson played over 30 mins with no fouls and 11 points.

Rookie Immanuel Quickly normally a bright spot off the bench has struggled in his last three outings. It appears he’s still not fully recovered from his the hip pointer he suffered earlier this season. Quickly provided 4 points off the bench.
