While some of the fanfare online is surrounding Clark’s poor play, most are questioning her late-game injury. Clark went to the locker room in the fourth quarter with an apparent ear injury. Sunday’s matchup was the Fever’s 11th game in 20 days. The injury could stem from fatigue, but a blow to the ear is a very odd injury to explain.
There has yet to be an update on the injury. It will likely be posted soon after Indiana’s press conference with head coach Christie Sides.
