NY: Madison Square Garden was rocking for game five. A star-studded crown on hand to witness the Knickerbocker dramatic win over the Pacer 121-91. The Knicks secure a critical victory in game five to lead the series 3-2.


Jalen Brunson despite the foot injury scored a game high 44 points, his fifth game with at least 40 points in these playoffs, another superstar performance in front of an adoring crowd at MSG. Brunson did have offensive help as Josh Hart (18), Alec Burks (18) and Miles McBride (17) all finished with double-digits point totals. Meanwhile, the Pacers had too few answers on either end of the floor. Madison Square Garden.


The series now heads back to Indiana on Friday for Game 6, with nothing promised, as the Knicks just loss two on the road in Indiana. But now the Knicks are just one win away from a trip to the Eastern Conference Finals.
