Kreider gets hat-trick: Rangers win 5-2

NY Rangers: The New York Rangers ran former head coach John Tortorella out of MSG with an embarrassing loss on Saturday afternoon.

Chris Kreider scored the only 2 first period goals to help jump start a Rangers offense that was in need of some goals. He would later net his 3rd goal in the third period. Rick Nash and Michal Del Zotto would become the other two Ranger scorers.

David Booth got the Canucks on the board with a late second period goal and Daniel Sedin would add another late in the 3rd.

Cam Talbot is not 6-1 after a 35 save performance.

SPECIAL NOTES: Rick Nash has goals in 3 consecutive games. Roberto Luongo was pulled in the 2nd period for back-up Eddie Lack. John Moore was a healthy scratch.
