With over 1,200 rushing yards and 12 TDs in the 2013 season, this skittle loving running back will be a key component to the success of his team in this weekends big game. Marshawn Lynch will play a huge role in the red zone, knowing that his coach stressed TD conversions as opposed to field goals, all throughout this weeks final practices. Although Lynch’s status is probable, he was a full participant in this weeks practices, indicating that he will be at full capacity for Super Bowl Sunday. Knowing that Peyton and his relentless offense will unleash their arsenal of weapons to put points on the board, as accustomed to doing so the entire season, the Seahawks will have to not only score but also secure possession. This is where “Beast Mode” comes in to play. Assuring an aggressive ground game will help put up points in the red zone, and also guarantee those essential first down plays to ensure that Manning stays on the sideline as long as possible.

In summary, Pete Carroll made his game plan very clear; score inside the 20, and keep those chains moving. Marshawn Lynch has the power and the ability to fulfill both of those requests. So start spreading the news, that Marshawn Lynch is going to wake up in the city that never sleeps, hungrier than ever with his sights set on leaving his fingerprints on the Lombardi.
