NY Giants: In case you didn’t know, Victor cruise has been going through a rigorous contract negotiation with the giants. Cruz refuses to accept the contract that the Giants recently offered. All I know is that Cruz is not injured, and sitting out of practice can only mean that he wants the Giants to see what it’s like without him out there.
In the meantime, another team can decide to give him the money he feels he deserves. Once the Giants see that they can possibly lose the arguably best slot receiver in the NFL, then they may make another offer that’s in Victor’s liking.
On another note, if he does practice and then in turn gets hurt, then he will lose his leverage for attaining the contract that he desires. So, in a way, sitting out of practice can only be a good thing.
