Nets Win 117 to 112, Knicks Complain

Brooklyn: Knicks face the Brooklyn Net for the second time this season, at Barclays with the same results. James Harden was unstoppable, finish the game with 15 points, 15 rebounds and 21 points. The Nets lead by 15 points or throughout the game.

Kyrie Ervin was his dominate self, with 34 points and 4 assist. The key player for the Nets was the veteran Jeff Green. His scoops to the basket at will, was remarkable, he finished with 20 points and 6 rebounds.

Although the Knicks were stellar on the defensive side of the ball. The leadership at the point guard position with Derek Rose being out due to contact tracing and Elfrid Payton with a sore hamstring was evident. Emmanuel Quickly got the start an provided the scoring the team needed, he scored 21 points with 2 assist.

Surprisingly the the Knicks were still in the game down the stretch. Frank Nilkina was stellar on the defensive end. His energy was infectious, which change the game, an give the Knicks a chance to tie the game with 5.7 seconds left in the game. Unfortunately the Knicks came up short, Julius Randle was called for traveling on the last play of the game. Randle lead the team in scoring with 33 points and 12 rebounds.
