Rangers lose 1-0, fail to capitalize on PP.

NY Rangers: Ben Scrivens made 37 saves on the way to outdueling Henrik Lundqvists 27 saves as the Kings won a tight contest 1-0.  The Rangers failed to make due of their chances and odd man rushes, not even getting some of the shots on net. The Kings battled to a 1-0 victory with a goal by Tyler Toffoli. Toffoli sent a shot from the point that deflected off of Ranger defenseman Anton Stralmans skate.

Late in the third period the Rangers seemed to have tied things up but after further review, it was clear that Domonic Moore kicked the puck past Scrivens. Ranger fans booed on in disgust, but the video doesn’t lie.

SPECIAL NOTES: Ryan McDonagh led the game with 25:38 of ice time. Brad Richards had 7 of the Rangers 27 shots. The Kings won 3 of 4 games on their road trip and got 7 of 8 possible points.
